My wife and I have been considering a move to the Le Mars area and had the pleasure of speaking with Shane at a sporting event. Lance, Patty and Shane are seasoned professionals who put the needs of their clients first. We were confident in the teams knowledge of real estate and ability to get things done. They were highly responsive and returned all correspondence almost immediately. They ensured that business was taken care of when it was convenient for our schedule, even when that meant after normal business hours. Their honesty and candor helped us to know exactly what to do to sell our house and buy our new one. Although they were representing both the seller and us as buyers, their advice remained sound and unbiased throughout the process. The house we were selling was the last in a line of houses whose sales were contingent upon the sale of another. They committed to buy our house through their agency in order to get us and the other families moved into our new homes if they couldn’t get it sold within the timeline needed. This was unnecessary since our home sold so quickly.
