Volume on remote did not work, no phone in room, visible chunks of gloppy food, blood, or excrement on bathroom wall. The TV is way too small. Breakfast was a bunch of prepackaged garbage. I told the attendant that the remote volume wasn't working. She said turn the TV off and on and try again, and if it didn't work to call. I told her there's no phone in the room. She seemed suprised and opened a book to write down the information. They have less than 30 rooms here, and 1/3 are under construction. You come to a hotel for a bed, a shower, TV, and food. So, TV the only entertainment was not working. That should be a refund in my opinion.

Do not stay here they will act like they care then kick u out because they said u didn't pay for room. Service sucks nobody is ever at the front dest. Shower head sprays everywhere toilet don't flush no phone in the room. So dont waste your time or money they are two faced

Stayed at this hotel last night. The room had a busted door lock. The bathroom was filthy. Upon waking found bed bugs crawling through my sheets! Employee did not care about the condition and said he had to inspect the room after I showed him the picture of bug crawling on the bed. Have bites on my neck from it. Contacted manager and customer care and they did not care either. Location has been reported to local code enforcement!
