KC - JO and Company

I wanted to take time and write about my Awesome experience with the team at KC-Jo and Company! We decided it was time to expand our workshop, so we purchased a metal building to go adjacent to an existing structure. It was our responsibility to prepare the ground and have the concrete pad ready, so we called KC-Jo and Company to take it from there. These guys were professionals! We did the quote work almost all from email with just a few easy pictures of the area. The building contractor sent us engineering drawings of the pad, rebar and footing requirements that also had to be signed off by a county inspector prior to pouring. I gave the documents to KC-Jo and Company and they knew exactly what to do. The bid was competitive, fast and the work was done ~days~ after first making contact. They even sent photos of the work along the way so we could see how meticulous they were in every step of the process. Now the pad is done, level and they even took care of excavating around it for drainage considerations! I would highly recommend them for your concrete needs!

We had a good experience with this company. They were professional and got the job done as weather permitted. Chris answered all of my questions and was easy to work with. Glad to have a decent driveway, again!

I loved my experience with KC Jo and Company. I went to them for a back patio. I heard back from them right away and they were able to come over and size the area the same week. I didn't know there were so many options but Chris talked me through it and helped me pick out a patio that I love! The work was done faster than I thought it would be. They were able to fit me into their schedule that same month. I was incredibly pleased with the amount of professionalism shown and more importantly the final product! My backyard was a bit of a mess before they started. It looks so amazing now. They went above and beyond in not only cleaning the patio area but the surrounding area as well. I have only received positive feedback from my family and friends that have seen it. I would highly recommend KC-Jo and Company to everyone that needs concrete work done.

Ripped my yard to shreds, spilt gravel and concrete throughout my yard, after I told him not to pour when my yard was wet. Then he told me it was progress of construction. He wouldn't pull the forms or clean up anything, until the first half payment was received. Then still wouldn't remove the forms. I wondered why. 10 days after the pour we removed our forms. All of the gravel is falling out from under the slab. Chris has threatened to take me to court, for the rest of his money, won't come back to clean up the mess, won't fix it, won't refund my 1st payment and won't remove the bad slab. He promised what I wanted to hear, didn't write a contract and did what he wanted. He doesn't know what he is doing and doesn't have insurance.
