Trae and his crew did a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodeling job for me 5 years ago. I was impressed with his expertise and recommendations during consulting process. Heading into our basement remodel project, I interviewed 5 different contractors. Allen Building Specialties, Inc. stood out from the crowd immediately. They could talk the talk, and proved they could also walk the walk. Trae and team are professional, courteous, and take pride in what they do. They were diligent in making sure they understood our vision for the project, asked the right questions, and executed flawlessly. Throughout the project, they allowed me to comment on the progress and ask questions to ensure everything was built as I intended. They offered helpful suggestions and allowed me to make changes without question as the project unfolded. The use of Co-Construct made tracking the project schedule, change requests, and project updates a breeze. We couldn't be more pleased with our space, and will use Allen Building Specialties for all future construction projects for our family. We couldn't recommend them more.
