Ive never met you, youve never met me. PLEASE take my word, youve been warned. Ruth, the old woman in the office has a very nasty attitude. I asked for my deposit back after accommodating the business (Trianon) 3 times. Unfortunately I couldnt keep pushing my move in date back. When I informed Ruth I needed my deposit back, she got very ugly and nasty with me. She also told me I wouldnt be getting my deposit back. She also tried to get me to sign my lease without my apartment being ready. Shady practices. I never moved in here, I never signed any documents here. Again, Ruth took it very personal that I wanted my deposit back. In the future please keep business business and separate it from your personal feelings. Theres an article in the Topeka Capital Journal about this management company and these apartments specifically, wish I had saw that before I attempted to do business here. Its been 3 weeks and I still havent got my deposit back. I have no choice but to let my attorney handle this situation now. Ruth is about 80 years old and still acts like shes 4 years old.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!
Trianon Apartment management does not care. They lost my move-in check list and did not give much of a deposit when I reported all these issues before moving in. We lived on the top floor and we had multiple holes in the living room ceiling that was leaking and they did not have professionals come to fix. I had to buy my own buckets and towels to save THEIR carpet. They had mold growing in the vents. Also, had all kinds of different bugs with the pond being in the center of the apartments along with roaches. I do not recommend this place at alll!!
Great place to live if you want to deal with these issues and many more.
