I ordered some printing from the Topeka, KS store and you have an amazing employee there. I cannot say enough about Angie in Print Services. She went above and beyond to help me. She is positive, cheerful, and truly happy to help. She made such an impact on me as a customer, I brought her flowers when I picked up my order as a thank you for being the kind of person it is increasingly hard to find. Please reward her great customer service because I will never go anywhere else now for my printing needs!

When i did a same day pickup order the shift manager working said he didnt know how to do it and would have to come back another day. He finally found someone to do it and it looked horrible. The store manager said he would do my next print for free and went to set that up today and what he said they could print for me they dont even have the produxt to be able to do it. The website says they can and they have done it in the past for me but now they cant. This storw cant keep their word and puts out horrible prints. Definitely not a place i will trust again.

Very rude employees and very unprofessional. They dont know how to do anything in the printer center? Wonder how they got the job in the first place. Please dont waste time here I ordered online when I got there to pick up they said they havent even started my order. Then they said they dont even know how to do it. On top of everything g the employee seth was there just flerting and googling the whole time with some girl that was there on the counter with him instead of helping the long line they had. Not coming back here again.Ridiculous hire some people that actually are going to work and do the job right not a bunch retards
