Front desk was super nice, but the driver needs serious training. She was rude and communicate well.

Was not pleased with my stay there. I was quoted one price get there I had to pay more something about insurance, but was not told about no insurance when I made reservation until I got there. Our commode stay stopped up & when I complainted for them to come to fix the problem I was told I can plunged the commode myself but they couldn't found no plunger no where in the place & plus that's not my job. So we had to go to another room to use the bathroom. The housekeeper's have attitude not friendly or helpful. But I know one thing the housekeeper's can do is LIE. I was threaten that I had to check out of my room cause I burned my Sage in the room the housekeeper lied & said I was burning weed lol. I will not be back there. But the front desk people on morning shift r very friendly & understanding. Because of your friendly morning front desk staffed that's why you got 1star other than that you would have got NO STAR
