My husband and I stayed here for three nights. Great location (super close to everything in Bar Harbor and to Acadia), spacious rooms, and wonderful host. The breakfasts and baked good were amazing!

Great location just off the main street for some privacy but very convenient to walk to everything! The host Melody is very sweet, takes into account dietary restrictions (thank you!!!) and believe me when I say it is amazing no matter what's being cooked, and the house is very comfortable. Bonus points is that there are two cats that live here, fluffy Persians that are the sweetest, shout out to Fred and Pip for letting me rub their bellies!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days to celebrate our anniversary mid-September. The food was excellent each morning (and Melody was happy to pack to-go breakfasts for our early mornings!). Snacks each afternoon are such a nice touch, haha. We really enjoyed the house's common spaces, and even had a few cooler days where we cozied up by the living room fire. The location is so, so worth the cost of staying in town. Parking is expensive and hard to find, but everything in town in super walkable from Aysgarth (and we did a lot in town!). If the Acadia buses had been up and running (they weren't due to COVID), it'd be a super short walk to the bus stop, too! The only part of our experience that wasn't excellent was the wifi. Unfortunately, it wasn't strong enough for streaming, or Zoom meetings! Just something to note for expectations. :)
