Septic pump started to fail and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to fix it. Called these folks and they instantly answered the phone and came right out to diagnose the issue. He found the septic pump wiring to be falling apart and that the pump had an over draw on it. Extremely professional and easy to get along with fellow who was incredibly knowledgeable. Great reasonable repair rates and extremely fast response time. Fixed up the pump in no time at all and got everything working again perfectly. I would not call anyone else. Highly recommended. We rented two portable toilets from Nate for a weekend event. These were by far the cleanest, nicest portables I've seen at any event or jobsite. We will certainly be using Faulkner's going forward and will recommend them to anyone who asks!
