Gorham Septic Tank Service

As a first time home owner, I have had to experience a lot of “firsts” and learn as I go along. I knew we needed to get our septic pumped sometime this year so I called Gorham Septic since they were close by and had good reviews. I do not regret this decision at all. I tend to be an awkward person who can jumble words easily on the phone and Jeremy the owner (I am assuming it was him anyway) was super patient and explained everything to me and got me scheduled right away. I let him know we would dig the hole needed to remove the septic lid, “we” as in my husband. The day came and (surprise!) the hole never got dug. After digging 2 holes, I decided to call and ask for help in a very jumbled mess that included lots of ums and “things” and “... I think it’s called...?”. Once again Jeremy was very patient and I was able to find the right spot quickly with help from him. On top of this, my day had been full of things that just kept happening. A stressful busy morning. The first time they came, I wasn’t home. I was racing, then forgot I needed to grab cash and had to turn around. I finally made it home and found a receipt sticking out of my door. He had come back and pumped my tank trusting that I would still pay him!! I love businesses run by good people who just get it and understand that life happens and sometimes your customer calls you 5 times in one day in a jumbled frenzy and you still are able to be compassionate patient and understanding. I’m looking forward to working with Gorham Septic again next time we need septic services and I HIGHLY recommend them!!

This was my first time calling and it was an emergency! They answered and were able to come same day. He gave me lots of information and recommendations. Fair pricing and great work!! This is my new septic management company going forward. The other reviews were right about how good they are.

Recomended to me by a bigger company who didnt offer Septic Pumping. Fair Pricing, Answered my questions, Professional and made neat work of a messy job Recommended where to go from this point with my system. Pumped out my full septic tank! Saved me hundreds of dollars extra calling for a second costly service by starting with pumping out my septic first! Very happy with whole Experience and going in my list of Emergency contacts!
