We actually started our home search in 2021 in the midst of a wild home buying market with another realtor. We quickly realized we needed to work with someone with experience and the ability to explain every last detail of the home buying process to us as first time buyers. We are so glad we decided to switch to Cartmell & Associates as they have exceeded our expectations.
Jen took the time to guide us through the whole process and answer every one of our endless questions. We cant even count how many homes she showed us and whenever Jen couldnt make a showing, Matt stepped in to help us out.
