so much for professionalism, in previous reviews that my husband and i both left wendy has responded with inaccurate information regarding both our financial situations, claiming that because we went through a finance company what she is doing is not wrong and insinuating that i am pressed for 30$ smh this is so sad what kind of store owner acts so trashy and childish to someone only trying to close an account for an issue on her end. On top of that she proceeded to tell me that i have not personally paid anything but 30$ which is also inaccurate, what she isnt mentioning is that i paid her a 80$ delivery fee which she should have been kind enough to refund considering she sent over a used couch, i tipped her drivers and i am currently up to date 2 weekly payments with the finance company since she has continued to ignore the finance company and not verify that the couch was returned to her. this makes no sense to me at all something so simple has literally turned into a huge challenge for no reason. I see why the real reviews on this company are all NEGATIVE. I am merely trying to let potential customers know now what they are getting themselves into by even considering this place. If you have to create reviews just to bring ur ratings up and trash customers who are unsatisfied because of your own doing that should tell you something about this company. STAY AWAY !!!
