        I had a insurance rental with this Branch. They made it so easy to rent picking me up from the body shop and getting me in and out of the office quick. Well educated and friendly staff.

        A Very Positive Experience. When my car was totaled from tree damage from the tornado storm that hit Cape Cod in July, I rented a car through Hertz for 30 days while I dealt with insurance adjusters and shopped for a new car. Jeff at Hyannis Hertz on Stevens Street helped make the experience a very positive one. He was sympathetic to my situation and gave me a lower daily rate on the Nissan Rogue I rented which was greatly appreciated. Jeff was responsive and polite on the phone and in person. If I ever need to rent a car again on Cape Cod, I will go back to Hertz.
