To our cyber attackers: If any one of you who called us a “Scam” had ever been actual customers or used true profiles, that would be one thing but to attempt to destroy someone who is just trying to make a living is really unnecessary! To the lady who wants to report us to the Better Business Bureau for delivering HER 2nd choice for Mother’s Day, got a full refund and we insisted your mother keep the gorgeous planter that was sent. Shame on you because you continue smear us on many social media platforms. There was no satisfying you at all. PS Your mom came to my house to try to return the plants, Because she felt terrible keeping it after she heard you got a full refund..The sweetest woman I’ve ever met! Consider yourself lucky for having such great parents!

Highly unsatisfied. Ordered flowers online early this morning. Never received the flowers or notification that they weren’t going to be delivered. Tried calling and texting them throughout the day and got absolutely no response. Very unprofessional for “the #1 flower delivery in Natick”.

My experience was identical to Mr. Jimenez’s. Put an order online with a payment number, texted for confirmation and called multiple times. Called to order for my daughter’s birthday as they had shop hours listed from 11-4 on Saturday. Same recording “on the other line or at an event “ but you order will be processed. No flowers, no callback , no text back. I am worried that it is a scam site and it gets credit card numbers. In process of canceling my card out of caution. My advice, stay far away!!!! Been a week or so and I still cannot get info on these people. Maybe a response here would be appropriate for peace of mind and explaination for the poor business set up. Just thinking.

This place is a scam. I went to there location this website and it is an office building. When I called they said they gave up their retail location! Don’t use this company
