It was a great experience purchasing the hot tub. In addition, the delivery process was excellent. I had to cancel our first scheduled delivery date due to snow but the delivery team was flexible and re-scheduled quickly. The day of delivery the team of Augie, Nick, Matt, and Joey did a great job of placing the hot tub, and provided good information on the operation of the hot tub. Thanks

Great experience working with the Natick location. From the salesman, Stephen Hanna, to the guys who delivered it, Christan, Dan and Pedro, everything went great. Stephen helped us nail down our perfect hot tub for our house and the guys who delivered it did a meticulous job and explained everything thoroughly. Super easy delivery, no mistakes, very careful with where they placed it and didn't cause any unnecessary damage anywhere at our house. Would highly recommend them from start to finish!

Most recommended! This team is professional on every level: 1. Sales and customer service: Steve did such an outstanding job explaining every detail, demonstrating all the pros and cons and technical specifications of the hot tubs we were choosing from. He was kind, positive, professional, but not pushy whatsoever, you could see he is proud of companys product and we felt no pressure. I was especially impressed with his deep technical knowledge of every product the company has. Steve is very quick to reply and always provided us with most detailed answers to any question we had. 2. Product: we chose salt water Hotspring Limelight Pulse spa and we a very happy with the product. Its beautiful, solid, very spacious and provides the best massage. I like that it has lots of seats and I like how jets are arranged differently in different seats. Plus the feet massager at the bottom is an amazing feature. The spa is easy to operate and it has no extra features that we wouldnt use, but they would be easy to break. Its very well insulated and keeps the temperature very well! We got it installed in February and its a very special experience to be in the hot tub when its snowing and cold outside. Love it! 3. Delivery and installation: the team who delivered the spa was team Augie, Nick, Matt and Joey. What a team of professionals!! They were very careful, quick, knowledgeable, polite and clean. I expected the delivery and installation to take like half of day, but oh boy! These guys were on time (they called us ahead of their arrival), and worked super efficiently. Before we knew it they carefully installed the hot tub exactly where we wanted it to be and were ready to go over instructions. They cleaned up after themselves and the whole process went so smoothly like the hot tub was always there :) I would highly recommend this delivery team. 4. Electrician New England Spas recommended: YES, go with this team! They have been working together for years, communicate amazingly with each other and know exactly what to do and in what order. Electrical connection itself was smooth and quick, and the end result is very good looking. Brian and his team, and also people in the office Donna and Laurie are amazing: Brian is kind, knowledgeable and took an extra time explaining everything he was doing and how things work. Donna and Laurie are super responsive, kind and accommodating. Overall, superb service and experience, and we are happy happy customers :)

Lets face it: buying a hot tub is a big deal. Its almost like buying a car. You want to make sure that you are buying something well-built and that the dealer will stand behind their product. I am VERY happy to say that now that I am a hot tub owner from NE Spas, I can tell you that that is EXACTLY what you will get. I have nothing but praise for the people at NE Spas, with a shout-out to Jason, Matt, Tyler, Abby, Patrick, and Dave. They gave me an estimate of when my hot tub would arrive (knowing that hot tubs are on back-order world-wide) and they were within 4 weeks of that estimate! I have now had the tub for about 2 months and it is THE BEST decision I have ever made. Even though NE Spas has taken the time to show me how to maintain the spa, I am a hands-on guy and I have had lots of follow-up questions for the NE Spas team, and they get back to me with answers and suggestions almost immediately. The spa is top-quality, and so is the service at NE Spas! If you dont own a spa and are thinking of getting one, just get it! And get it from a company that wont just sell it to you then set you out on your own: get it from NE Spas, where you know they are there for you if you need them!
