I have used CCL several times for HVAC services but this was my first time using them for plumbing. Michael was great. The toilet I ordered ended up having a broken part and Michael graciously found the part and installed it the same day. I truly appreciated him going above and beyond to get everything squared away and installed in the same day.

Not cheap but quality work by people who really know what they are doing. If you have a Rinnai get Seamus he knows the systems really well and will be super helpful in getting everything fixed in a timely manner!

Mike came to the rescue when our furnace refused to produce/output adequate heat. He thoroughly tested every element from gas line pressure to ignition voltages until he pinpointed the source of the problem. He then consulted with a colleague on the phone to confirm his diagnosis. Rather than simply order the part and come back another day to install it, he drove into Boston to pick up it up from the distributor and installed it the same day so we wouldn’t have to endure another cold night! Great, friendly service, excellent communication throughout the whole process! Thanks, Mike!

Mike and Rick showed up on time each day and completed the job ahead of schedule. They replaced a buried, clogged house trap. A pretty major job. The whole team was great to work with.
