Perry's Martial Arts-Fitness

Great workout! Great instructors! Great classmates! I started in March on a groupon and signed up after my first class. It's a tough workout, but you feel the difference from the get go! I'm feeling stronger and more energetic every week. Not only are the instructors motivating and helpful, others in the class are supportive and helpful as well. I got out of shape in the last couple years and finding Reggie and signing up was the best decision I could have made! Even when it's tough...it's fun!

From day one was made to feel very welcome. Reggie and his crew make sure you are getting what you need from your workout. Minda is a gem and her energy fuels the workouts. I feel like I am part of an amazing workout family. Check it out!
