If I could give them a 0 that would be generous. I wasn't even there 10 min before I left. The room stunk, the electric plugs didn't work and they have BED BUGS. I took pictures to show the manager and was told I would get a refund after an investigation. I get jerked around for 2 weeks and now they say it never happened. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Love it here was only gonna stay a cpl days, ended up staying a cpl weeks. The female staff is amazing. Loved the new guy. The old guy not so much. The weekend breakfast lady is Amazing n puts up with so much without getting the credit she deserves. Only complaint I would have is supplies run out real fast if you're not up early you don't get the good stuff. She should be here all week bc weekday breakfast sux. N there's a severe lack of towels. We jus washed our own. N we struggled with the Wifi. Other than that. It was clean n conveniently located whether you had to walk or drive. Rooms: Clean. Spacious. Nearby activities: Everything you need, want desire Safety: Couple got into it downstairs n police n staff handled it quickly. Walkability: Everything! Food & drinks: Weekend lunch lady deserves a raise n more credit. Should be here every day! We looked forward to seeing her on the weekends. Noteworthy details: Wifi sucked n lack of towels. Other than that no complaints..

Hotel was extremely dirty, no breakfast options offered during the breakfast time, extremely rude staff. Elevator was very shakey and didn't show numbers or anything. Trash piled all over the halls not changed for days. Had to ask 3 times for clean towels and never got any. Front desk clerk was too busy playing with her children to handle guests needs. Charged a 50 dollar deposit for damages that wasn't listed when booking. Refused to give our money back. While there, witnessed this damage deposit only being charged to African American guests. When asked for proof of not returning this deposit, staff called us names, refused to fill out the receipt that shows why it was kept, refused to give managers name. Clearly discriminating against POC. Dug through our trash to find a reason to keep our cash. Refused certain credit cards for deposit so they can steal your cash with no documentation or paper trail. Someone needs to call the health department on this place. The only good thing about this hotel was location and there are several better options. Witnessed the manager, James, threatening and yelling at an African American customer, I believe for also wanting his cash deposit back. Very disturbing place. Rooms: Disgusting. Water runs all night. Broken pieces of wood laying around. Safety: Rusty nails and pieces of metal sticking out in rooms and elevator. Food probably full of bacteria.

They charged me twice for my stay and haven't refunded me for it yet! It has been a week. Also the room was a mess and the smoke detector was covered up. Why ???
