Today is my birthday and I got a room in originally on the phone. They said the deposit was only $20 but when I got there they made me pay $100 in cash and once I got into the room there was literally stains everywhere there was still Papers on the ground little shreds, I dont even know what it was the most disgusting room Ive ever ever been in. The man is an old man that wears a chain that probably thinks hes sweet and hot, but doesnt realize that he works for customer service And he shouldnt act like that. My boyfriend asked for the refund back We go through Priceline, so in order to get our refund back, he has to approve it and he is Refusing to approve it, but he gave me my deposit back? When we were in the room of pest control man walked in there which blew my mind so obviously theyre having issues with bugs. STAY AWAY!!!!

image Unfortunately I dont waste my time writing fake reviews and I never said anything about the hotel not being lovey I actually like my two bedroom suite and I didnt extend for 40 days its for 20 days but I see you know exactly who I am. And like I said its close to my job my son school and my home. The hotel has nothing to do with the staff which everyone has been extremely nice besides the one man I encountered at check in but he did give me clean towels last night and he had a better attitude. And if I could post photos I would because I definitely have them of the poop in the hallway and the dirty lien on the bed upon move in. And the night that all the running and noise was above me I wasnt the only one complaining because when I went to the lobby it was a women there who was complaining of the noise as well and the employee on the night shift informed us that hed already called the police about the noise complaints. Yesterday afternoon I called the front desk and asked for housekeeping to clean our room since no one has came to clean it and weve been here now for six days. I was told that he advised them to do so but when I returned from work yesterday evening no one had cleaned it. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. But since your the owner and have time to write back please make time to check the heat in my room because it doesnt get very hot even on 82 and the cold water in the bathroom sink doesnt work at all. But these are things that Ive chose not to even bother staff about, my insurance company is paying good money to stay here along with a high pet fee. And like I said I will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to ANYONE.

Unfortunately Ashockie, we will not comment on your FAKE review as it have no merit. But you extended your stay for 40 days, so our beautiful new hotel is nothing as you falsely posted. I guess over a month stay is a vote of confidence and stamp of approval. Its is very unfortunate that this platform became a place of retaliation for any policy or procedures that someone dislike. Our smart, educated and well informed guest understand that this platform is full of Fake Reviews often completed by disgruntle guests.

The manager was too sarcastic and somewhat rude. He told me that I am having too many complaints although I am a good person. He is talking too fast, saying that I am not speaking English well, and he covertly blamed that I cannot complain others' English speaking skills. He is clearly undermining the necessity of communication skill for hospitality service provider, and he is also ignoring customers' diversity. I don't think this hotel should not be recommended, and this hotel is not deserved any associated brand of Marriott.
Dishwashing liquid detergent is not offered.
The chair of the room is really squeaky. The toilet is connected to the closet, so the moisture and the stink could contact with clothes inside the closet.
Some staffs are talking too fast by ignoring some foreign tourists, and some staffs are not able to speak English, so this hotel is sometimes not able to serve customers well. I sometimes see unpleasant customers.

> It is not about the diversity issue. Diversity is good, but communication issue with English is critical problem in United States. English is an official language of United States.
Also, sewing kits and toothbrush is not available as complimentary at this hotel.

Looks good on the surface, but it seems that there is some flaws hidden inside.
Some rooms are having some cosmetic defects including chips, scratches, and cracks on furniture. Sometimes, cleaning is not done well. Maintenance of the facility is not done well occasionally.
Even though there is small kitchenette, no dishwashing liquid except dishwasher pods is provided. In other words, only dishwasher pods are provided.
The fan inside the toilet is not operational. The water pressure of the toilet faucet is little bit weak.
The front desk is sometimes late to respond during day times around 10a - 4p. Staffs are kind, but some staffs are not having good at speaking in English to communicate with customers.
Front lobby smells good though, and there looks good.
This hotel locates at quiet location except some vehicle engine sounds from nearby highways.
