    Not going into details but you can see it on Amazon if you go there. Company has a 73% customer satisfaction as of this month on Amazon. John at the company is a rude little character. My recommendation is, avoid being jerked around. Buy elsewhere.

    Purchased a Wall clock from this group through Amazon. Spent a little over $200. Package arrive on May 5, 2021. Package was open at top and bottom.I opened the package on my driveway separating the tape which went down the middle length wise. The package was infested with spiders and small red jumping insects. I noticed them because immediately after opening the middle of the packing four spiders were crawling on my hands. I taped up the top bottom and middle of the box put it in a large plastic leaf bag. I then stored it in a small shed at the end of my driveway. I immediately called Amazon and explained the situation. I told Amazon I would not take the box from the leaf bag because I believed the insects would then come back out. I told Amazon and RA group on four different occasions that if they wanted the package back for my refund they would have to send someone to my home to pick it up. I would not re-open the leaf bag and subject myself to this infestation. RA group insisted that the only way I would receive a refund would be if I Took the box from the leaf bag and placed the label on it and then delivered the box to FedEx which had delivered the original package to my home. Over the next 12 days no less than four emails were sent between myself Amazon and the R.A group. The emails from the RA group would not even address the insect infestation. Amazon took the position of the RA group and told me the only way I could get a refund would be to take the box from my leaf bag and place a label on it and then take the infested box to the shipper. Finally dealing with a seller through Amazon is, to me, very awkward On purpose I guess. Amazon's system intentionally prevents me from dealing with this seller --- Which in fact is more to the seller's benefit then the customer. Today May 17, 2021 I placed the box in my recycle bin and it was picked up this afternoon. I want everyone who reads this to know that the R A Group and Amazon, in my opinion, worked together to cheat me out of my Refund. In my opinion RA Group is a very bad outfit- Stay away from them. To me Amazon cares more about their sellers than their customers. So it is truly buyer beware of the bugs.

    Ordered a grab bar and it was delivered in about 3 days. However the wrong finish was in the right box and I contacted them to return. They said they would ship the right one the following Monday but later sent an email saying they were out of that finish and issued a refund. All in all a great customer service experience after notifying them of the mistake. Would definitely buy from them again.

    Bought 2 of the same product in separate transactions. One of the shipments was sitting on my porch 2 days later. The other one had a label made but wasn’t shipped yet. I waited a week and then contacted the seller to see what happened. As soon as I contacted the seller they changed the tracking number to that of my first order and said it was delivered. I then provided detailed tracking to the seller to show how they were 2 separate shipments and that the weight and dimensions of the received order couldn’t possibly have 2 of this product in it. Several days later still no response from the seller. Very satisfied with 1/2 of my experience with this seller but do not recommend.
