Nothing but lies did three 6 months policys with them. Was told that with my perfect driving record that my policy would go down. the second policy it went up and was told do a nother 6 months well it went up again so i went else were and the drivewise is a joke.

Great job helping me with the national flood insurance program....did all the work for me, got me the best rate too. Worked with my Mortgage company through the whole process. Changed all my insurance needs to Stephen Scott and have been more than satisfied, not only with his expertise, but Allstate, they saved me money on all my policy's. Notice their professional expertise while changing all of my insurance needs over to Allstate.

I'm am a very highly satisfied customer with the Matthew Orr Allstate Agency. My agent Tevor and my account manager Jessica are amazing. They have always exceeded my expectations and answered any and all of my auto or homeowner's policy related questions or concerns I may have had. The rates on both are the best I've seen in more than 10 years. I left my previous auto insurance company whom I was with for 10 years partly due to the amazing rates for the same coverage and Trevor my agent went above and beyond my expectations to assist me with the switch along with dealing with my concerns, questions you name it. The entire team deserves credit everyone I've ever spoken with no matter what it's regarding they are more than willing to assist, answer and I've always felt like a person who counts not just a number. That's something I find most important. I've worked in service industry and business for almost 25 years and I receive the best service from Allstate the same I've given my own teams over the years. As far as I'm concerned the Matthew Orr Allstate agency has won a customer for life. Thanks largely to Trevor and Jessica. Just to name a few. Thank you all!!!!😀😀
