This bank is a joke, will take your money but won't help when something's wrong. Customer service people are from overseas...don't understand. Now merging with Huntington just so things can get more screwed than they already are!! Closing my account tomorrow! Screw TCF!!

Their ATM was broken again wouldn't take any money I had to get out of my car go into the lobby. I wonder if they would waive the fee that they charge for using a non TCF ATM it seems I have a problem once a month with the ATM not working start I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way go to another branch so I don't get charged a fee
