Needed my backflow preventer tested for my city. Called several other services first and everyone was either not doing that anymore or were completely booked. Michigan Plumbing and Mechanical Services were able to come out within 2 days, arrived on time, and did the test. Very satisfied with the experience.

These guys came out after our Home Warranty company dropped the ball and couldn't replace our water heater in a timely fashion. They came out same day and replaced our tank flawlessly.
Carlos was extremely helpful over the phone and Mark was the Plumber who came out and knew exactly what needed to be done. They even informed me that some "modifications" that were suggested that needed to be made by another plumbing company didn't actually need to be accomplished.
