Mark told me exactly what I needed and how much minutes after he saw my sink the old softener was draining. Big time rust!! He was fast and explained everything he did and how it worked. I got a new softener and iron filter. I will definitely tell anyone I know to call him for their hard or rusty water problems. He was definitely a pleasure to work with, very rare these days. Highly recommended him.

After replacing two water heaters in less than 10 years thanks to the wonderful Waterford water I decided to check into a water filtration system. Since I needed a new water softener as well I contacted Mark based on all of the recommendations on his website. He came to my condo within an hour of my phone call, determined that all I needed was a new softener and had it installed within a couple of hours. He is very knowledgeable about the problems with Waterford water and the best way to deal with them. He could have sold me an expensive filtration system but was very honest in telling me that I really didn't need one. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

My water softener hadn't worked properly in years, then a couple days ago my sediment filter started leaking. Unfortunately, the water line shutoff valve wouldn't close all the way and the filter valve was frozen open, so I was stuck with a water leak and an urgent need to fix it. After some late night research I called Mark and left a message at 7am. His posted hours showed him opening at 8am, but at 7:15 he called me back and we talked through some options. Since my sediment filter was only collecting iron, we ultimately agreed on a new water softener and add an iron filter instead of a new sediment filter. By 3pm that same day the new equipment was installed with a new water shutoff valve and I'm currently enjoying the best quality water I've had in years.
