Jason was out to see why my water was not being softened. $35 service charge to determine the timer was not calculating water usage and therefore the water softener was not recycling. Workaround was to set timer to automatically run softener every 4th night. Not sure if this will work, but I'm thrilled that his solution was a short term "patch", vs a $2,600 new system. We will see what happens down the road, but I really do trust the guys from Douglas, they are quality people! Plus, Jason is truly an expert, he knows his trade exceptionally well.

Outstanding company. We had another company out multiple times who could not figure it out and wanted to charge us because they could not figure it out. Jason showed up to our house and fixed the system in 15 mins. He knew exactly what the problem was. They came out the same day which was awesome too. Thanks Douglas Water for great a job!

Douglas Water Conditioning has always been courteous and helpful whenever I buy salt or have a service request.
