So, I havent actually used their services, but when calling to get a quote on how much it would cost, ive been hung up on twice? All I have said is Hi Im hoping to get an estimate and the call disconnects. Im hoping this is just some error or glitch or something, but without any kind of pricing online, and not being able to call for an estimate its hard to justify bringing the items by.

Most of the machines are out of order. All the machines in the pictures with post-its are out of order.
Overall dirty.
The so called "attendant" had all but three of the rolling baskets in use, unnecessarily, leaving only three for customers. She also made me move from my folding table so she could use it to fold sheets. Only one other folding table was in use, but she insisted on using mine. All the tables are identical, BTW.
Finally, all my whites smell like fryer grease. They were washed on hot with bleach, and they smell like grease.
Just go down the street to the laundromat on 24th and Lyndale. Very clean.

I used their wash and fold service -- quite helpful and accommodating with some stains that didn't come out on the first wash. Thank you!
