Terrible management, not helpful at all. They will also take most of your deposit when you move out (for cleaning costs), so beware. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Please note, I DO NOT have a problem with management this is entirely about my experience here. Ive only been here three months in the dog friendly apartment. If you enjoy neighbors playing loud music at any and all times of the day, dangerous dogs (I love all dogs, but when you dont put your dogs on a leash and your dog bites mine I have a problem), neighbors yelling, kids screaming and running up and down the halls, people puking on the floors and it not being picked up for a week, and to top it all of fights where people bleed and leave it on the floor for everyone to see. Theres only one word for this place. And its trash. Save your money and live somewhere else.

All applications are online. I sent one in for a family member and management called back. This person was very rude and not one bit understanding that I was translating for my family member. He was raising his voice with no patience, and because my family member did not make the cut because of income, immediately said that they would not qualify without asking further questions about other sources of income. I get that people have bad days, but not when you are trying to get tenants to rent from you. I politely thanked them and moved on apartment searching. Good luck dealing with management.
