The manager (the older guy) was very rude and ignorant. I have taken my dog to many hotels and let her walk free as long as she stayed close behind me. She is a bulldog pup and no threat to anyone. He told me that she cannot be put down in the lobby or outside the room. I have never heard of that. Most hotels let you bring your pet into the lobby but prefer that they are on a leash. I checked into my room and minutes later the manager started beating on my door and told me to get my dog. I was confused because my dog was inside the room with me. The dog that he was referring to belonged to a Caucasian lady across the hall. I looked through the peephole and noticed that he didn’t say anything to her. He just walked away without apologizing to me after banging down the door. Then the next morning,I went outside to put things in my vehicle and picked her up and walked through the lobby with her to go to my room. The manager spoke loudly and was very rude while telling me that I cannot have my pet in breakfast area. I held her close and away from the people who were eating. He was so loud and making show and looking around as if he was setting me straight. He should have told me this information when I checked in. I was simply walking to my room and he quickly made an assumption. He is very rude and unprofessional. A couple of people noticed how he was acting with me and made comments regarding how he approached me. He is the type who kiss behind and may God change his heart with his ignorant self.

Very bad experience with tbus hotel. Booked a specific room through expedia and they gave me a different one claiming that expedia has made a mistake. Very unexperienced staff.

HORRIBLE place to stay as far as customer service is concerned. My room was dated and it had roaches. The CSR didn't believe me though. Only the CSR with the curly hair was awesome-sauce. He was very friendly and tried his best to make my stay comfortable. Because of him, I gave the star.
