NIce Clean Rooms! As a Diamond Member, I travel 6 states with my job, and I live out of hotels. I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly in the hotels. This Sleep Inn, is the GOOD of hotel stays. The room very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk very friendly. I was booked at the Comfort Inn down the street from here, and it was so NASTY that I cancelled it and came here, and I'm glad I did. I have stayed in a few Sleep Inns that out shinned COMFORT SUITES which is the top of the hotel chain. When I come back to Tupelo MS, I will stay here again. I was only here for an overnight stay on business but I wish it was longer! The staff was super friendly and helpful. When I checked in, the desk clerk informed me that the internet was down all over Tupelo but that Comcast was all over it. Biding my time til it was back up, I decided to work out in their fitness room for a while and take a late swim afterward. The clerk actually tracked me down all the way to the fitness room just to inform me that the internet was back up. Heading to the pool, he provided me with 'pool towels', even though I had just gotten an extra bath towel from him anyway. After the swim and such it was after 10pm, I was hungry, and most of the restaurants in that particular area were closed (it was a Thursday night). He successfully recommended where I could get the meal I was craving accompanied by very accurate directions. That guy = Amazing. He rocks and I wish I had gotten his name. While their internet was down, he was actually using his own computer as a hotspot just so he could make sure people were accurately getting checked in and there would be no confusion. Above and beyond. My room was massive. I took photos of it on my phone which I hope to eventually load online. The bed was soft and comfortable, lots of pillows. The bathroom was clean. I definitely plan on staying here again next time I work in this area.
