If I could give ZERO stars I would.... I have spent 60 days trying to repair my freezer. 1st tech knew nothing- my husband was showing him around the fridge. 2 weeks for 2nd repair guy - he ordered parts. 2 more weeks for 3rd repair guy. He advised the previous guy ordered the wrong parts and he doesn't work for the company anymore. So professional- and definitely builds creditability in the company -right? He assured me he would order the right parts and would be back in ANOTHER 3 weeks!!! They are supposed to come 3/4/22 to try and repair it again. Freezer died 12/28/21....Its 2/16/22 we have since bought a new unit and are fighting with NFM to just get our money back. THIS PLACE BLOWS!!!!

These clowns are making me dig up 9 documents to get my claim filed. I don't even know what half of these are. I didn't pay a bunch extra for GAP coverage so I can be Assurant's secretary.

Very worst and irresponsible company. I am trying to reachout to these guys for my apartment fire claim. No response at all. Very bad service. I didnt understand what to do next.Whether i have leave the things as it is or i have to vacate the apartment.

Update: After talking to a corporate Assurant representative they requested the video evidence that I had. After reviewing the footage they got a payout for what I originally payed for the TV. I believe I would not have had the same issues if I had started with this representative. I have been going through service for over 2 months and still have a defective tv. They had someone else's information on my plan, then told my i needed all of the mystery users information to change the plan to my name, yet i was the purchaser of the plan. I still have a defective tv, and yet after multiple repair attempts on the tv the only option they gave me was to give my tv to the servicer for 7-10 business days which is not an option even with the tv going in and out it was better then nothing for our main television. When i explained that to them they stated i was refusing service and would not help me further.
