We have been with Fortner for at least 10 years. The insurance increases every year, so last year I talked to the agent about switching to another company. He advised he didn't think it would make any difference and sounded to me as if he just didn't want to go to the trouble to do that. This year I am calling and checking other agencies to see if I get a better response.

I called in to my agent Karla a couple weeks ago and requested that we put full coverage on a truck that I was trying to rent for the weekend. She called me back explaining that since it was a flatbed the underwriters would not put full coverage on it considering that it was a commercial vehicle. I had big plans for memorial weekend to haul our camper back home and if I didnt get this vehicle insured my plans would have been spoiled. After putting more effort into it She called me back and said that she was able to get the underwriter to cover my truck that I was renting. Very pleased with her and her efforts!!!!

Was quoted quotes for home and auto when it came time to sign they tried to increase the auto quotes 600 dollars more then wanted then brought it down still 84 dollars more no big deal then sends a message to raise homeowners by 128 dollars
