Very helpful and cheerful soul working her tail off at Great Falls Floral. She took time out of her busy schedule to give me supplies and a quick lesson on how to make my own arrangement since she cannot take any additional orders at this time due to a lot of business but no workers (too many people coming in to sign unemployment papers instead of being willing to work). Also, her flowers and the absolute best in town, hands down. Great Falls is lucky to have this business!

Wanted to buy some flowers for my mom on mother’s day, but it seems like people are incapable of picking up a phone. Called 6 times throughout the day without anyone answering. Can you please get competent people that know how to grasp the handle of a phone, lift it up to their ear and do their job. Can’t make money or business if your customers can’t reach you.

I live in Bozeman and called Great Falls Floral & gifts for a anniversary surprise for my girlfriend. They delivered in every way imaginable. The flowers were vibrant and fresh. I told them what colors and that she wants some good scent and they prepared a beautiful arrangement for my girlfriend. The arrangement actually is still looking great after 2 weeks. My girlfriend also said how friendly the delivery driver was. Thank you guys so much!!!
