        If I could leave zero stars I would. I rented a car with thrifty through Priceline. Priceline told me to pay my remaining balance upon pick up of the car. Thrifty put a hold on my card, saying it would be removed when the car was returned. When I returned it, they charged me the full amount of the rental. Now I am trying to dispute it with thrifty, Priceline, and my credit card. Priceline and Capital One are doing what they can, but neither of them can get direct answers from thrifty. All in all, terrible customer service, horrible people at their airport counters, and just a shady company. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT RENT FROM THRIFTY.
