        I brought a suit in last year and the pants were lost. I discussed this multiple times with the counter person and emailed the corporate office. I received no responses and feel that as a long time customer Fashion Cleaners should have stood behind the pant they lost. Quality of cleaning is always very good and the service is friendly.
