Summerlin Hospital Medical Center Emergency Room

If I can give no star - I would ! Nobody care and not even trying to pretend they care! I understand they busy but its no rights for them To be rude! Came here at 1pm on ambulance and now 11pm - still in the waiting room ! Nobody talking to you or explain anything!

Worst service ever! The lady on ER Morgan is extremely rude to people , I know it is an stressful job but girl if you hate so much what you do the switch your job. I went there because I had have some good experiences in the past but now it is terrible , I was there with my baby for like 6 hours and when I finally decided to ask when can I get the results of his x- ray they told me I had to check in again because they called me so many times and they thought I left . Seriously? I was changing my baby in the restroom. I'll never be back there .

I was taken to the ER for a serious condition that happened. The EMT placed an IV needle with tube in my left hand beforehand. The ER nurses and Doctors did their evaluations and tests they needed to do to help me and I think my wanting to be better helped my condition improve in hours; enough for me to be sent home to recover and avoid a prolonged Hospital stay. Good thing I was able to be alert enough to communicate with the EMTs and ER staff.

Nurse Michelle is extremely rude, had absolutely no empathy for an elderly patient that was newly admitted for a hip fracture. There was a TV with the volume extremely loud after midnight and she not only refused to ask to reduce the volume but seemed annoyed when we politely requested that its an inappropriate after midnight. Her tone is hostile and has no concern for elderly patients that are in distress.
