Drivers for this company need to be reevaluated and retrained. Is it normal policy to cut off vehicles in the middle of an intersection with no turn signal. Because of your driver forcing his way into my lane, my car was immediately showered with gravel coming off your truck. Who do I contact for that? How do I get repairs done because of your employees negligence? I have license plate of driver and tried to contact company. But if you don't know someone's extension, then I guess you're SOL. I'd like to be contacted.

I was visiting a neighbor about our closed street in Santaquin, Ut. The notice we got (less than 24hours before the road was worked on) stated our street would be closed 7/15/21 from 6am - 5pm, however, it was closed for work on 7/14 and caused many a scheduling/commuting problems for myself and neighbors. What is more upsetting than that is when she called to inquire about the conflict, she was met with EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior from a man named Keevan who interrupted her, mocked her, and ultimately hung up on her over her concerns about the street closure. Hearing the way this man spoke to someone who was clearly frustrated because of a mistake HIS company made was, in my opinion, cause for termination. I don't know a company around that would rather risk losing a whole city's business over protecting a very rude, very unprofessional employee. I reported an official complaint to the home website, and was met with a call from a man named Eric who assured me the situation would be handled appropriately. This seems to be not the case, considering I have spoken to my neighbor again, and she has now also been berated by Eric regarding her complaints of this interaction with Keevan. I will be letting my hometown, of which I am a prominent member, know just how upsetting this experience has been, as well as urging them to no longer use APP for roadwork in the future. I will also be contacting the BBB with screenshots of many of these reviews, as it seems this type of behavior, from the mistake in scheduling to the unprofessional dealings, is quite normal for APP. I do not recommend.

Theyre paving my neighborhood and gave us a less than 24 hour notice that we won't be able to move our cars for the large majority of the working day. Completely unprofessional!!! Now I am having to scramble to reschedule appointments I needed to make and figure out where to park my car before 7 AM so I can go to work at 5 PM.
