I needed all of my my backyard surfaces refinished. I called Triedgen and owner Ben showed up, told me what his "team" could do and that my backyard would require about 5 men for a period of 5 days. He gave me an acceptable bid and we set out to complete the work.On the day the work began, one man shows up to work. One man worked on the yard for a week and I called Ben to ask why there was only one guy and he said that all we would need.After 2 weeks he sent me a notice that the work was complete and that I was to pay him. I told him they had not completed the work, that he did not do my entire yard, but had only done "patches" where he thought it would be necessary. My yard looked awful, inconsistent, like patch work, as if I had taken the cheap way out. Not good on any level.I told him my bid and our understanding were that the entire yard was to be done and that what he did was unacceptable. He said he was done, and to pay him and he threatened me. I told him to please finish the job and I will pay the final half.A week later he called me to come by and look at the yard with him. He showed up for our mid-day appointment late, and drunk as a skunk. He told me the work looked fine and that he was done. He threatened that if I did not pay him he would take me to collections and file a lien on my house. I told him to leave my property.I knew at that point that this is how this guy works. Instead of trying to do a good days work, he does work on the cheap and then uses bad business practices to cover his inabilities.We still have not resolved the situation. He has not called me, he has never returned, but he did file a Collections against me which is as unprofessional as it gets.Don't let this company near your house. Beware of Ben and Treidgen.

I can't express enough over the GREAT job Treidgen and their team did to create an awesome front yard for us. From the first meeting we knew they were the TEAM we wanted to go from a plan, ideas, creating then transforming our front yard into a show piece. Great work...meticulous and thorough! Best price from 5 quotes as well. Had concrete sidewalk and driveway taken out due to tree roots issue and pavers installed. John was great! Very good with communicating and professional! Highly recommend them. Removed ALL my tree roots under the concrete and even repaired a sprinkler head that got broken. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the way they handled everything from the very beginning to the very end. Thank you so much!!

I absolutely love the work that Treiden Industries provided. From the very beginning John Long, the Sales & Estimating guy was so professional presented a very competitive estimate. John went so far as to email alternative examples to the look the we were hoping to achieve. Once the crew began work they were considerate and very professional. Our small patio was completed in a timely manner and once completed Ben, the head of the installation crew came back and performed an impressive cleanup. I would not hesitate recommending Treiden Industries to family or friends.
