Oscar was awesome to work with on sourcing a specific promo product we needed. I gave him photos, dimensions, and he had it sourced within a couple of hours. Excited to see the finished product.

BUYER BEWARE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I guess this company is really hit or miss. I did not have a good experience. We ordered two items, we received one with the wrong artwork. The sales rep admitted that it was his fault and he would not fix the issue, only offered a discount on the next order. If we sent the wrong artwork or didn't have a discussion about updating the logo (original was sent for quote so we had an idea on pricing) then I would eat the cost of the product. The second item has never even arrived, though I was told three weeks ago it would be shipping out by the end of that week. I have emailed multiple times and have been ghosted. There is no communication on when I am getting the products I paid for. This by far is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Absolutely ridiculous.
