Nice shuttle and professional driver but arrived about 10 mins late for pickup and then the air-conditioner hadn’t been turned on in advance, so outside it was 110 degrees and it was about the same inside the shuttle. A professional service would have started the A/C well in advance in order to cool the shuttle off before picking clients up. As it was the ride was uncomfortably hot to the event and we all arrived hot and sweaty. After that you would think that he would have done better for the return ride back to the hotel. But sure enough the shuttle was still and oven when he picked us up. Would not use this service again as he didn’t make any effort to correct the problem for the return ride. He wasn’t too apologetic about and was essentially indifferent to our complaints.
