My dogs got sick all over my carpet. I called and spoke to Rick and explained the situation and they were at my house the very next morning. The carpets look brand new. Great job and excellent response time. I Highly recommend them.

Although they were late, I was impressed with the results for about 24 hours after they had finished. They arrived at 2:12 and left at 2:51 which I thought was quick, since Rick, the gentleman I made the appointment with, told me it would take maybe 2 hours. The carpets looked great at first, but after vacuuming for the first time I noticed a horrible ammonia like smell being picked up by my vacuum. I called Rick to address this, left several voicemails, and never received a response back. I’m a pretty easygoing person and always give the benefit of the doubt, but I have a toddler and a puppy so I had to be sure this smell was something to expect. This was my first time using professionals to carpet clean so I had nothing to compare this experience to. On top of that, all the pet stains have magically resurfaced and my carpets are looking like they were never cleaned. It’s been 2 weeks. I understand stain removal has no guarantee but I would have appreciated a phone call from the owner to discuss my concerns. Services: Carpet cleaning, Area rug cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal
