Had an appointment to have stiches removed . Husband took time off work for this. Went to the office and the Lights were off and no one was (home) stood outside for over 15 mins knocking looking into glass windows to see if we could see anyone. Hours on the door said Closed unless have appointment.. they called and confirmed the appointment the day prior but yet no one was in building for my appointment. I called and left a voicemail and over next few days NEVER got a call back. Called again ! No answer left voicemail MORE DAYS go by and no response . So we Call again ! Leave voicemail and NO ONE RESPONDS . I had to go thru my own stiches snapping and pulling them out myself as they basically have forgotten me after having full teeth removal and a Poorly fitted denture which THEY ADMITTED they messed up on but cant fix till stiches are out and gums are healded for a new mold. Ive lost so much confidence in this place and they dont seem to care what kind of "smile" ive been left with. I look like a monster with these extra large dentures that costed over 8 thousand dollars from us . My now next step is contacting the New Hampshire Board of Dental Examiner's. Im 30 years old, not some elderly person they can Trick and mess around . The behavior of this office is abusrd and i dont trust this place Cares or Can give me a Smile i paid for . Ive even tried looking up if this place has been Shut Down as i cant seem to get in contact with anyone from the office for atleast a Month.

What sets this practice apart from any other dentist I've been to is that they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Park explains what's going on in my mouth by walking through the x-rays and answering all my questions - making me feel informed and confident that we're taking all the right steps to keep my mouth healthy.
The staff, including Dr. Park, are incredibly gentle and friendly throughout my appointments, which makes a world of difference for someone like me who tends to feel anxious about dental visits. I highly recommend this Gentle Dental office for any dental care that you may need. Thank you to Dr. Park and the entire team for providing such exceptional service!

I'm terrified of dentists due to my past experiences, but this dentist office makes you feel comfortable and they are very helpful and professional. I'm so happy I found them!!! Recommended!!!
