Mann Family Dental: Russell Mann, DDS

We were new to the area and tried this place based on the reviews. It was a nice place inside, but after getting there and waiting for a month for the appointment, they told me they didn’t take our insurance anymore and we would have to pay out of pocket. I guess that fine, but they could have told us before hand and I would have chosen somewhere in our network. I went through with the appointment anyways, got X-rays and the doctor came in (I assume it was doctor Mann) and he cut the outside of my lip with the pick he used to take a look in my mouth. I ended up going somewhere else but the not telling us they went out of network before arriving and the fact the doctor cut my face during just a quick look was too much negative for me to ever go back there again.

I enjoy every visit to Dr Mann’s office. All of the staff greet you with a smile. My last two visits have been with Kara who shares her knowledge with me about ways to improve daily hygiene.

Dr. Mann and his staff are 100% patient care and comfort driven. From the pleasant and knowledgeable first telephone contact, through the procedure, and the followup. I recommend this practice to everyone. It is the old fashion "personal touch" that is so hard to find these days.
