Both Mike and Darlene are fantastic people to work with and we feel fortunate that we found them. Important things first: on time, on budget and multi-skilled. The more nuanced experience is that Mike was respectful of my needs while working on the ONLY bathroom in my small home and that he is a direct and honest communicator. It is a very old home with nothing square or plumb about it: Mike approached each problem with a eye toward finding a solution and with complete confidence. I will certainly call Troila Renovations first for any future needs. Total gut and re-do of this small, weird, bathroom which now looks very nice. First off I just want to say that Mike and Darlene are great folks. We bonded right away. Darlene and my wife seemed like long time friends. When I called, the phone was answered, not 'leave a message and we'll get back to you'. They were at my house the very next day to size up the job. A week later they got started and a week after that, it was completed! Our new shower was ready and it looks fantastic! The advice Mike offered was spot on. Mostly though, my wife is thrilled with the end result. It's pretty obvious that we would highly recommend Troila Renovations to anyone looking for a high quality job that won't break the bank!

My wife and I were looking to have a total bathroom remodel and were definitely weary after having some bad experiences with contractors in the past. We reached out to Mike and couldn't be happier that we did. He came out just a couple days after the initial request for an estimate and was more than fair. Our project left him with multiple challenges based on the house and how it was built, but he put us at ease and was able to conquer it all! He always showed up when he said he would and worked long days. His craftsmanship is remarkable and prices are extremely competitive. I would highly recommend Troila Renovations for any remodeling needs. Professional, courteous, and just overall extremely easy to get along with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
