        I have never had a nice customer service experience. Old technology for bill pay, shut off water without hesitation in the past with harassment and lectures about paying bills on time (even though it’s not a money issue it’s their archaic systems), and now today when I call about brown water the response was “well if you watched the news you would have seen we had a water main break.” Sorry I didn’t watch the news- somebody please vote these guys out of Merrimack as the supplier. I’d rather get my water from the gutter.
