        I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes twice the 1st time I called I was hung up on. I refuse to call them again I will purchase a vehicle ATV Can-Am somewhere else

        Sales members are inattentive and come off bothered by customers. Once we made the purchase we were informed bike would not be ready for hours. Only response was we are busy.

        I have had a terrible experience. I have paid via PayPal for a replacement and I have not had any response from them for several days. I have sent emails asking for information and they do not respond. I think they scammed me.
