The owner of Flemington Yamaha passed away in the beginning of December. The business is currently under some sort of litigation, and no one has been inside since before the holiday. Contact the corporate customer relations of the manufacturer for your unit if you need documents/information from the dealer.

I bought a motorcycle from these guys five years ago and it was a great experience. I remember walking in and taking my time to look at the bikes in the showroom. No pushy salesman trying to sell me the latest and greatest. There were a couple bikes I was looking at and when I was ready to pull the trigger, I asked Matt for help and he coached me through the process and answered all my questions. I was out the door in no time. The bike was prepped later that day or the following day (don't remember). Love the bike, still have it, and loved the experience. Fast forward 5 years to the present. I brought my friend in this past May or June to help him find a new helmet. We spent some time looking at the new bikes they had and my friend was instantly drawn to one. He decided he wanted to purchase it (with no prior intention of purchasing a new motorcycle as he already had one, albeit a bit older) and Matt was there again to now help my friend through the process. His experience was the same as mine was 5 years ago- seamless. A couple weeks later, I brought my bike in to have two tires replaced and a safety check done. I scheduled the appointment ahead of time so they could be prepared and took care of it in the exact time frame they gave me. Workmanship was excellent (I think the wheels were cleaner than when it was dropped off) and I was in and out during drop-off and pick-up. I had not read their reviews until today while checking their business hours and was completely surprised at the negativity. It is evident by the tone in some of these reviews that the employees are dealing with some angry people who probably aren't angry because of their experience, but angry at life. If you go there with a poor attitude to start, you're probably going to have a bad experience. Customers make mistakes and businesses make mistakes, but these guys are good.
