One of the largest hotel rooms I've stayed at. It was really good and spacious. Breakfast was very average but staff was helpful and location is walkable from JSQ station, so easy connectivity to Manhattan via PATH trains.

Our flight was cancelled, so the airline gave us a code to stay the night in this hotel. We arrived around 11pm, gave the front desk clerk our code, he gave us a key, then we went to bed. Around midnight, a random stranger walked into our room, apologized and walked out. Around 3am, the phone rang and the "night auditor" told us that the code was not valid and we had to immediately give her the correct code or a credit card to pay for the room. We got dressed and went down to the lobby to talk to her. She was incredibly rude with us, accusing us of trying to scam the hotel with a fake code. I called the airline who verified the code was correct. To make a long story short, we were in the lobby for over 2 hours on the phone with the airline, then the 3rd party company "TA Connections" who issues the codes. The night auditor didn't want to do anything to help us because she was "too busy" talking on the phone. She was speaking Spanish, and we are fluent in Spanish so we could tell she was just talking to her boyfriend. Eventually we were escalated up to 3rd level support with TA, who asked us to put him on speaker phone. He determined the code was correct and either the original front desk clerk or the night auditor screwed up. By this point it was 5:30am, and we needed to catch the 7am shuttle back to the airport. We didn't get any sleep and didn't even receive an apology from the night auditor for this nightmare she put us through.
