Q burger

I ordered a bacon blue kobe burger served on a bed of greens and a side of green bean fries. The food was excellent. The waiter was very helpful. One of the best burgers I have had. They also offer draught beer for $2.50 during happy hour.

Food was great. Service was awful. Our food never came. Server didn't check on us. Eventually the guy at the bar took care of us. It was busy so we got a window table in the afternoon and it was blazing hot sitting there. Because it took forever to get our food we moved tables because the lunch crowd was gone by then. They did give us a discount for taking so long. Hardly enough to make up for the wait. Would I go back? Yeah, because the food was really good and the service was a mishap, but I would also wait for another table if the only option was the window seats.

Just because it's a burger place doesn't mean it's fast. Service is pretty slow. The fries were very hard. I ordered tots but got fries, not surprising since the server did not take notes. Burger tasted great but for the cost everything should have been better. Bathrooms were very dirty.
