This place was amazing. I pulled in not know what was wrong with my jeep. He immediately came out and looked at it and helped me. Amazing top notch customer service. I would advise anyone to bring their auto here to get repairs.

I will take my vehicles nowhere else the enthusiasm of the younger men working in the shop and the guidance that they get from someone who's very experienced for many years makes them invaluable

Me and my girlfriend got a flat tire going through the mountain heading into Albuquerque yesterday. We pulled into the gas station next to Shelbys and could not find the security lock for the tire so we were unable to put the spare on. Two of the guys working at Shelbys came over and told us to pull our car up into the shop to see if they could help. They were able to get the tire off and our spare put on within a couple of minutes. They even called around and found us a shop that had our tire in stock. We are super grateful for Shelbys!!!

Agreed on a 100,000 mile service for $360, discussed in full what was included the day before, coolant, air filters, plugs, distributer cap etc. The next day after the car was serviced I asked to go over what was done on the vehicle and was told "a tune up" I asked for clarification and was told an oil change and spark plugs... I am beyond baffled... I told them I that was not the agreement and I would not pay $360. They quickly agreed and brought the price down to a reasonable amount which I appreciate, however I now need to take the vehicle elsewhere now to have it properly serviced. Not sure if honest mistake but I obviously won't be coming back. Edit. Changing my review from 2 stars to 1 after my battery died 2 weeks after the service. I was told some advanced diagnostics were performed on my car, obviously my battery wasn't even checked so that was a lie too.
