very bad company ,don't care for disable costumer.Today 7/1/2019 left disable costumer alone on the street and left.We are not be use any  more .

Very bad service. I do not recommend using this company to transport patients.

Try to ovoid as much as you can. Worst ever. 1 hour late pick up and was driving for 1h and 30 min in Brooklyn to get to doctor office. They don't care about us or our reviews. I could put 0 or ever minus, but no option.

The worst transportation ever!!! I have a broken leg due to a hit and run. I was waiting for them to get me in the freezing cold and im in a wheel chair where my foot is exposed and it was going completely numb because of how cold it was outside. They had me wait over 2 hours. They had the nerve to get rude with me because I called every hour asking how much longer it was going to be. Ths dispatcher was so rude to me!!!! Then after them being over 2 hours late had the audacity to call me and tell me that I can no longer use there transportation. Its unbelievable that they called to tell me that and they were 100% percent wrong in this situation!!! Im getting my lawyer involved and im going to get these people in trouble because this is  that is unacceptable!!!! I rate them a zero!!! Everyone there needs to get fired!!!!! There lack of empathy is ridiculous!!!! Its really disgusting how this company treat people!!!
